If you asked us, your dream home couldn’t be better located. Driving down the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Sector 137 is  hardly five minutes drive from Mahamaya Flyover. A turn on the left from the Advent Navis Business Park and another couple of minutes later, you’re at Exotica Fresco. And for those who love to point out negatives in a project, Fresco is at a safe distance from the so-called irrigation canal in Sector 137.

We don’t mean you chuck your current job and apply to the nearby Advant Navis Business Park in Sector 142. Or hop over to Sector 135 where Metlife is already functional and Logix Techno Park is nearing completion. You can always work off the day's stress in Fresco’s fitness centre or beat the heat in the sparkling pool. After relaxing or working up a sweat, retire to your three-side open, inviting living space.

Fresco project is indeed a good option in Sector 137. Even if we didn’t factor in the city forest and the greens on two sides of the plot, still layout and construction quality are the driving factors here. Most apartments are green facing with a landscaped central park planned in the complex. They are including independent RO system for each apartment and 24-hour fresh water supply with a water softener plant.

Other amenities include modular kitchen, wooden almirahs in two bedrooms, designer POP work in drawing room as well as master bedroom, textured wall paint in master bedroom etc. As for the developer, Exotica has already delivered Exotica East Square in Indirapuram, while possession process for another project, Exotica Elegance, again in Indirapuram, should start soon. Their third project, Exotica Eastern Court, is at Crossings Republik and construction work is on at a fast pace. “It was only after we had acquired all necessary registrations and finished with paper work for Fresco that we launched Exotica Dreamville in Sector 16C, Greater Noida,” says a senior manager. So if you are looking to buy a flat in Sector 137, then Fresco probably is one of the better options.
