STH and Momaji announce partnership to improve online listings for commercial properties

The opportunities for real estate promotion through the Internet brought STH and Momaji together on a similar project which focused on apartment rentals. The first product offering from Commercial Sites is expected during Q3 of 2010 and will focus on helping banks to sell commercial properties that have returned to bank ownership. The new listing service, www.bankpropertylists.com, will target local markets, eventually growing to operate in each major U.S. market. The sites will serve as a market place bringing together banks that own properties, investors interested in purchasing commercial real estate, and financial institutions ready to provide financing.
