Aug. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- 51 year old personal trainer Darvis Simms has just published a new book on how to stay healthy and fit as you age called "Forever Fit and Firm."  Darvis says "I've written this book based on the things I have learned over the last 30 years in my quest to stay healthy and fit.  My methods are not based on scientific theory but rather on results that I have attained both for myself and my clients.  I am stronger and more fit than I was in my twenties and in this book I show you how you can do the same."
