Ditch the duvet this weekend and kick start a new healthy you ahead of the long winter stretch with a Fit for a Princess 1 day bootcamp!

Research demonstrates that exercising outside can burn up to 30 per cent more calories than doing the same workout indoors. Couple this with further research that shows people who exercise in the morning are 75% more likely to still be exercising a year later AND that going to bed earlier at the weekend as opposed to having a lie in is better for your physical and mental health, and you have the perfect excuse to get ditch the weekend lie in and get outside and active.  All you need is a little motivation, a decent pair of trainers and a helping hand from fitness guru Janey Holliday, Director and Founder of outdoor and online fitness brand, Fit For A Princess that specialises in outdoor workouts for women. This autumn, Janey is running a series of 1 day Bootcamps which promise to kick start your winter training programme and inspire you that exercising outside can be fun all year round!
The bootcamps, competitively priced at £50 for seven and a half hours of back to back exercise, (you get a little lunch break to refuel!) are taking place across London; in Battersea Park , Wandsworth Common, Ravenscourt Park, Richmond and Dulwich, on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the Winter months. We encourage women to train together regardless of their ability or experience, so whether you are a complete beginner, a new Mum, pregnant, twenty, fifty, super fit or a marathon runner, you will still get a fantastic workout.
Full day Bootcamp itinerary:
•   8.30am to 9am registration and getting to know you!
•   9am to 10am Warm Up and Cardio Queen drill
•   10am to 11am Lower body butt blast
•   11am to 11.15am Water break / loo
•   11.15am to 12.15pm  Run Princess run
•   12.15pm to 1pm Six pack sessions
•   1-130pm Lunch
•   1.30pm to 2.15pm –Amazing arms
•   2.15pm to 3pm Princess power speedwalk!
•   3pm to 3.45pm Chest and back
•   3.45pm to 4pm Gut busters
•   4-5pm Bootcamp finale!

•   Uneven surfaces means harder work as the core gets a more intense workout to keep the body balanced and resistance of natural elements such as the wind can equate to up to 30% more calories burned by being outdoors
