FREE LEGAL ADVICE - Charged with Fraud or Money Laundering?

His view is that in a fraud or money laundering case, proper expert evidence is often called for.

Just by way of example, bank notes are stated to be contaminated with drugs. The fact is that statisically - most are! The Prosecution case is demolished in a breath. Much of what the Prosecution say wil be of a similar calibre and needs to be countered by expert evidence wherever possible.

The additional issue that needs careful scrutiny and preparation is the knock on effect of the Proceeds of Crime. This can lead to restraint proceedings - i.e. an injunction preventing you from moving assets or property and, as long as there is financial benefit, confiscation proceedings. This needs expert preparation and knowledge from Expert legal brains.

There is too much second rate advice around and these offences, make no mistake, are serious. But they still require the Prosecution to prove their case against the Defendant BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT. They also will need to prove it to a jury of ordinary folk.
