Parkside Capital Announces Land Plans For Business Park in Baytown, Texas

Aug. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- The Houston office of Parkside Capital, the Texas-based real estate firm, announced today that Bay 10 Business Park, located within close proximity to I-10 and the Grand Parkway in Baytown, Texas is available for purchase. Project completion is expected in the first quarter of 2011.
