Ware Malcomb Denver is proud to announce that design and construction have been completed for Airgas’ new manufacturing facility located at 693 Long Acre Drive, Grand Junction, Colorado. This is the second location that Ware Malcomb has designed for Airgas, a national distributor of industrial, medical, specialty gases, related equipment, and safety supplies.
Ware Malcomb provided architectural, interior design, and site development (civil engineering)
services for the new 20,067 square foot build-to-suit facility. The building was designed to accommodate hazardous material handling, Airgas’ stringent safety requirements and to incorporate enclosures and controlled areas that address homeland security regulations.
The manufacturing facility features:
• Fence yard with covered tank storage dock
• Tank pad areas
• Retail Sales area
• Sales and Production Offices, warehouse and manufacturing space
• Route and multi-branch distribution and dispatching
