Insurance companies from California and Texas support OTTER’s text & drive solution

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 19, 2010 - California Casualty Insurance of California(1) and Alan Insurance Company of Texas(2) have endorsed a simple, low cost solution to texting while driving called OTTER.  George Bowen, Senior Vice President of California Casualty, one of the founding sponsors of Impact Teen Drivers, said "California Casualty joins Impact in supporting the use of OTTER by teens.”  Their website states, “California Casualty is committed to finding ways to fighting the texting while driving temptation.  Here is the link to a low cost solution that saves lives.”

HOW OTTER WORKS:
OTTER is the first app of its kind that integrates Auto Reply and GPS functionality to produce a tool that allows users to manage their texts while they are at home, in the office or, most importantly, on the highway.
