Learn how to make your own hand crafted Award Winning wine during a fun, hands-on experience using state of the art wine making equipment and technology without having to own a vineyard, buy the equipment or rent a facility. Learn all the techniques-from crushing to bottling and labeling with your own personalized custom labels.

Come and enjoy an assortment of homemade food  prepared by owner Dominick Chirichillo and wines made by other Bacchus Winemaking Club members.
Choose from a variety of premium grapes Varietals from Northeren California's finest growing regions and from some of the best vineyards in Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, Santa Cruz Mountains, Amador County, Lodi/Woodbridge, and Shenandoah Valley.

White wines can be made from grapes including: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Viognier, and  Muscat.

Red wines can be made form grapes including: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Old Vine Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sarah, and a unique list of  Italian varietals  including Aglianico, Barbera, Dolcetto, Primitivo, Nebbiolo,  Montepulciano, and Sangiovese.

Dominick Chirichillo is a self-taught award winning winemaker who was first introduced to the art of winemaking when he was two years old. at his grandfathers Domenico Giovinazzo's wine press in a  small basement in Staten Island, New York.

Besides sharing the "family tradition of winemaking" Dominick's vision is the inspiration behind starting five succesful Bacchus School's of Wine as well as other similar winemaking facilities in New Jersey.  In June 2004 Dominick  launched the Bacchus Winemaking Club of San Carlos, Ca. and entered the commercial world of winemaking and started  Domenico Winery named in honor of his Italian Grandfather Domenico.

In May of  2005 Dominick released his first wines and  Domenico Wines have since recieved 257 medals including Gold, Silver and Bronze.

The Bacchus Winemaking Club is located inside Domenico Winery at 1697 Industrial Rd, San Carlos Ca. 94070.
