Montgomery County Toastmasters hold 8-17-10 Meeting in Hillsboro, IL

Aug. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Montgomery County Toastermasters met Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at the Red Rooster Inn in historic downtown Hillsboro, Illinois.  There were  two featured (prepared) speakers for the evening, with the first being Myra Mottle speaking on Airline Safety.  Myra is one of the clubs' newer members.  

The second speaker was Bill Guthrie, who enlightened the group on "The Forgotten Last Battle of WWII".  Guthrie is a charter member, who now serves as the club's president.  

New members and guests are always welcome, as the club meets every first and third Tuesday of the month at 7 pm at the Red Rooster Inn.
