That being said, we would not move on any of those opportunities for the mere prospect of growing. We feel we have something special – that we provide a valuable service that is unmatched in our industry. Our goal is to continue to provide this service to a growing number of communities across the country.” VTS seems to be doing just that. “We have brokers that refuse to do business with any lenders that don’t use VTS. It’s a remarkable thing when people value your service that much,” says Bernstein.
In addition to becoming a leader in the residential appraisal management industry, VTS is set to announce its new commercial division. “We are excited at the prospect of further servicing our clients by managing their commercial appraisal process,” says Bernstein. “This seems to be the logical next step for us as we have great connections in many of the states we already cover.” VTS will start its commercial coverage in September of this year and only in the test market of Arizona. “We want to make sure we have the process perfected before we go mainstream with this service. Again, we want to ensure that we continue to be the industry leader in customer service.”
