Short Sale Daily News Introduces a No-Cost, Biweekly Webinar Series for Realtors and Investors

The first content-rich webinar will be held this Thursday, August 19, 2010, at 2 p.m. and will feature an in-depth discussion about the ins and outs of the HAFA short sale program. Realtor, investor, coach and loss mitigation expert Amy Ransdell will serve as webinar moderator for the event.

According to Ransdell, HAFA motivated sellers are the No. 1 leads for Realtors to get in the door. Reasons for this include a guaranteed commission structure, short sale closings that happen in 30-60 days (vs. traditional short sales that can stretch out several months), approvals within days, a relocation allowance for sellers, and all HAFA short sales must be listed by a real estate agent. The HAFA webinar will walk listeners through the entire HAFA process and offer real content that listeners can take from the call and begin using immediately.

"We also plan to discuss how a real estate team we know is converting 50 percent of their HAFA leads into closings," explained Amy Ransdell.
