Aug. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- Wicked Cycle Parts, the enthusiast's motorcycle shop, launched a brand new customer-focused, interactive website this month. The site, http://www.wickedcycleparts.com, is designed in direct response to the Brownsburg, Indiana shop's research into what the customer really wants.

Co-owner Wilma is hoping that the new website will not only be attractive to current customers, but also appeal to new ones. She says, “We strive to have the best customer service – we want you to feel comfortable ordering online just as you would do coming in our store. We love to see you in person, but you can now shop whenever you like – and still receive great deals and service.”

Wilma's husband and co-owner Charlie adds, “We offer quality products from top brands like Firstgear, MSR, Klim, Pro Taper, Gaerne, Moose Racing and so many more. Customers can count on our experience to help steer them in the right direction.”

Charlie's first to tell customers that Wilma is the real brains behind Wicked Cycle Parts. She has been around bikes and riders all her adult life. She not only rides pretty well, but can pick out lines that Charlie doesn't see thanks to watching hundreds of races over the years. Wilma was part owner of Stoughton's Cycle Ranch on Washington Street in Indianapolis for many years. Her superior customer service and experience of being a shop owner is a true asset for Wicked. Not only did Wilma run a very popular shop, she made things happen in the Indiana motorcycling community. She was the driving force behind the Indiana Motorcycle Expo, a standalone consumer event showcasing Indiana dealers. She also served as the Motorcycle Sport Commissioner for the 2001 World Police and Fire Games.

After organizing numerous charities, fundraisers, races, and rides, Wilma looks forward to creating other riding opportunities in Indiana. Wilma also helped promote motocross races at the Marion County Fairgrounds where the first race featured 600 riders. She definitely knows something about advertising!

Charlie's no newcomer to the motorcycle industry. He's a diehard enduro-cross fan who can be found competing in the Super Senior class in the Indiana Enduro series. His experience may not be at the front of the pack, but if you want to know something about enduros, hare scrambles, adventure riding, or dual sport riding, there is a pretty good chance Charlie can share his knowledge with you.

Charlie adds, “When you walk into Wicked Cycle Parts, remember that the old fat guy sitting at the table has more miles on him than the average Wal-Mart greeter. Know that the woman in the office has done so much for the motorcycling community, and she's is still working on events where you can ride your bike.”

Whether you visit the Wicked Cycle Parts website or come into the shop, make yourself at home. Charlie and Wilma look forward to treating you to exceptional customer service either way.
