Aug. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- WASHINGTON, D.C. – Grassroots issue campaign veteran Jim Eltringham joins Advocacy Group Inc. as a Vice President this week, specializing in issue campaigns which merge online and offline tactics to deliver maximum impact.
