Aug. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Dallas, Texas, USA — PMForum has announced that the first project management software to be given away through its newly launched PM GiveAways™ Program will be OnePager Pro from Chronicle Graphics.  PMForum’s PM GiveAways™ Program was announced in July 2010 at http://www.pmforum.org/blogs/news/2010/07/FreeProjectManagementStuffPMForumLaunchesPM.html

OnePager Pro is a Microsoft Office Project add-in that creates full-color snapshots of project schedules. OnePager Pro goes beyond simple schedule management by allowing users to also incorporate informative data like baselines, legends, percent completes, and resource assignments into the one-page project summary.

For more information about the software, visit http://www.chroniclegraphics.com/products/products_landing.html?lead=pmforum. Regular Price is  $373.75 (prize will include one year of maintenance and support).  Drawing for ONE lucky winner to be held on 18 September 2010.  For rules and to register, visit http://www.pmforum.org/PMGiveAways/Free-PM-software.html.

According to PMForum’s Managing Editor David Pells, “I think that Microsoft Office Project, usually just called MS Project, is now the world’s most widely used project management software tool.  But extracting schedule graphics and information quickly for a presentation to management or customers is not always so easy.  OnePager Pro changes that.  We think it’s a perfect first software GiveAway.”

PMForum’s PM GiveAways™ Program is based on periodic DRAWINGS for free educational and professional project management products and services.  PM GiveAways™ will include project management courses, books, conference passes, software and other valuable items.  Drawings will be held at least monthly, with the products and services to be given away announced in breaking news articles ahead of time and on PM GiveAways™ web pages.  To learn more or to register for drawings for free project management stuff, visit http://www.pmforum.org/PMGiveAways/PMGiveAways.html.
