"It is an honour being given the opportunity to join the team of the renowned Raffles Le Royal, a hotel with the unique attributes of history, local culture, enchantment and style. My first week in Phnom Penh has been delightful due to the warm welcome my family and I received by the Cambodian people. We therefore look forward being part of the Phnom Penh community and anxious to discover the sights and sounds of Cambodia, mystically described as the ‘Kingdom of Wonder’." he said.
Richard holds an MBA from the School of Management, University of Leicester in England. He also earned a Diploma of Hotel Management and Administration from Krems Hotel School in Austria and a Diploma of Wine Sommelier from the Wine Academy of Austria.
