Geddes Electrical, have now added a blog to thier growing website. since creating the website as a service to existing customers the site now provides a postal ghd repairs service covering the whole of the uk. In addition to postal ghd repairs the company also have an online shopping cart where customers can purchase 100% compatable spares for all models of ghds. further plans include the launch of a forum for customers "now running in beta" and further details of the launch will take place at a later date.
The Succes of the website is mainly attributed to the companies strict adherance to being totaly upfront with the cost of repair currently £22.90 Including Vat and Postage. with a breakdown of the charges clearly displayed on the website.
Geddes Electrical would like to point out in fairness that different merchants who handle online payments do have some complicated shopping carts that can give customers a shock when they get to the final pay button only to find a much higher payment, Thats why we give a breakdown and a final cost right upfront on our orderpage.
Geddes Electrical uses Paypal at present for our merchant services as many customers already trust paypal.
We have also added alternate payment methods to include Check, Telephone and Postal Order. this allows customers who may not be able for some reason to use online payment the opportunity to use our ghd repairs service:
