Free Online Garden Design Workshop To Be Presented August 25 by Derek Fell Acclaimed Photographer,

Aug. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- On Wednesday, August 25th, Derek Fell, nationally recognized garden design expert, photographer and author will present a free online workshop in conjunction covering planning, designing and creating balance in gardens and landscapes.  The sixty minute interactive presentation will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET and feature 40 minutes of teaching followed by a 20 minute question and answer section. Included in the presentation will be pointers on the design and care of Impressionist gardens and tips on capturing the beauty of gardens and landscapes through photography.  


   As the leading authority on garden design inspired by Impressionist art, Fell will weave his expertise on the design and care of Impressionist gardens into his live on-line presentation.  The flower, vegetable and water gardens that appear in the works of Monet, Van Gogh and Cezanne contain a rich history and are a joy to recreate.  As a scholar and expert author in this area, Fell will offer his advice on how to plant a garden fit for a masterpiece.
