Larta Successfully Closes Out First Cycle of NSF-CAP1 Program

The first cycle of Larta's newest U.S. federal government commercialization program has come to an end. Larta assisted 90 small companies funded by the National Science Foundation develop market entry strategies for their cutting-edge technologies.
 
Aug. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Larta Institute’s first program cycle of the National Science Foundation Commercialization Assistance Program (NSF-CAP1) has come to a close as 90 small businesses, funded by NSF Phase I grants, have successfully completed the program. 116 SBIR and STTR companies currently have the opportunity to enroll as Larta’s third group of NSF Phase I funded companies to pass through the NSF-CAP1. Small businesses participating in the program, whose technologies include, but are not limited to, biotech, chemicals, nanotech, IT, and educational technology, will receive one-on-one personalized mentoring services, along with other program benefits, to help them successfully take their technology from the lab to the marketplace.
