Laser Ammo Ltd. Opens US Subsidiary

Great Neck, NY, March 20th, 2009 – Laser Ammo Ltd. (“Laser Ammo”) announced today that it has opened Laser Ammo USA Inc., based in Great Neck, New York. Laser Ammo USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Laser Ammo Ltd. and will administer operations in the United States.

Ms. Rachel Uhr, who will act as General Manager, is in charge of Laser Ammo USA. Ms. Uhr has an extensive background in retail marketing and communications, Internet operations, finance, and inventory management.

"A good part of our demand comes from private and law enforcement customers in the United States," said Mr. Oren Uhr, Founder of Laser Ammo. "We definitely need somebody capable on the ground and a physical US presence. Laser Ammo USA is a vital addition to the team."

Laser Ammo USA will be responsible for sales, marketing, and fulfillment activities for all US customers. It will also accept international orders for Laser Ammo products.
