GiveOpp has announced the “Be The Change Week”, promoting international community service and inviting individuals to take initiatives within their communities this week.
GiveOpp’s mission is to “empower individuals with opportunity and facilitate humanitarian and environmental aid where it is needed in the world". It is the belief of members that individuals can make a substantial difference in their communities through regular volunteer actions, thus inspiring others to do the same.
GiveOpp President of International Development, Billy Jones, says “I continually hear stories of our members who just go and do something that benefits others in their community. I admire their actions and how they inspire others to take action too."
GiveOpp members and non-members are invited to participate and to share their experience to GiveOpp by submitting a video of their actions and the community impact. The company will be assimilating all submissions and sharing via various forums to inspire others to take similar actions in their communities.
