Comment with PNesco American Harvest Dehydrator : This is the best dehydrator we have used. We make jerky using London Broil and normally it takes us all day and into the night. This machine takes approx. 6 hrs. and we are using two extra trays to make a total of seven trays and it still drys very quickly . The idea of the air coming down from the top and the temp. setting works great. I highly recommend this machine, especially if you make jerky. Can't wait to try apples!!
