Space u8 - Eye in the Sky Event - Lifting of the longest roof skylight

Spanning a length of 70 metres or 230 feet in length with a combined weight of 70 tonnes making it a record breaking roof structure set to make its mark in The Malaysian Book of Records.

Space U8, the first SUMO (Shop. Unit. Mall. Office.) concept mall is built above 22 thousand tyres to help reduce electrical usage by maintaining the developments temperature at a constant 27 degrees. Space u8 has also set the environmental-friendly develoment standards higher by using Celica bricks which are 1.5 times more costly than normal bricks but help absorb heat and reduces the temperature of the building while conserving up to 64.8 killowatts of energy every day/month/year.

The event held to commemorate its importance in the dawn of environmental conservation was also attended by buyers, tennants of Space u8 as well as the media.
