HR Consulting Director Joins Progressive Benefit Solutions Team to Lead New HR Management

Aug. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC – August 9, 2010: Rick Kelly, Managing Partner of Progressive Benefit Solutions, announced Rusty Bramlage, SPHR, CCP, CBP, GRP, has joined the team as Human Resource Consulting Director to lead the HR Management Consulting Service now offered by Progressive Benefit Solutions.  The new service expands Progressive Benefit Solutions’ benefit program analysis services and is intended to help clients perform the basics of HR competently and efficiently through a best-practices approach.

With more than 20 years of human resources, operations, compensation and benefits management in a variety of industries, Bramlage will help clients better identify, manage and resolve HR issues and risks making greater use of operating information to support HR resource decision-making processes beyond compliance.

Bramlage received his MBA from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in healthcare management/operations from Yale School of Medicine and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.  He is a past Faculty Instructor for World at Work and has served in leadership/advisory roles with BCBS of North Carolina, NC State, University of North Carolina, Wake County SPCA and the American Chemistry Council.
