Westfield Southgate to Host SuncoastJobs.com Career Fair on August 31, 2010

Aug. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Westfield Southgate is proud to announce that it has partnered with SuncoastJobs.com and will host the SuncoastJobs.com Career Fair on August 31, 2010, from 8:00am-12:00noon at Westfield Southgate (in the food court area).  

Hundreds of job seekers will have the opportunity to connect with over 40 employers that currently have open positions.  The employers represent a wide variety of industries (such as healthcare, technology, finance, sales, and retail) and include Sarasota Memorial Healthcare System, City of Sarasota, Comcast Cable, Northwestern Mutual, Prudential Financial, Aerotek, Manasota Insurance Professionals, HH Staffing Services, Protocol Global Communications, Chico’s, and Soma Intimates, among others.  

“This is an exciting event that will connect local job seekers with some of the top employers in the Suncoast region,” states Sam Davidson, Director of Marketing at Westfield Southgate. “We are grateful to host an event that will provide opportunities for hundreds of Sarasota residents in an effort to improve the local economy.”  

To date, there are 322 jobs posted on SuncoastJobs.com.  176 of those jobs are based in Sarasota while 122 are based in Bradenton.
