Geller Data Solutions Launches ImportSite Mail 2.0 and SendSite 2.0 for Autonomy iManage Users

(GDSI), the fastest growing developer of software solutions for Autonomy iManage, today announced the release of ImportSite Mail™  2.0 and SendSite™  2.0. With the launch of ImportSite Mail 2.0, Autonomy WorkSite users gain the ability to import e-mail, attachments and folders, or just folders into iManage from Microsoft Exchange or PST files. SendSite™ 2.0 is an Outlook add-in which automatically saves outbound e-mails into iManage once they are sent.

What makes ImportSite Mail 2.0 unique is the simplicity of the user interface which provides the ability for firm administrators and users to drag and drop from many source locations to many iManage locations in a single import without impacting Outlook performance.  A future update will also provide back end ongoing imports to iManage as a task or service.   iManage Firm Administrators and Users will be pleased to discover that the cumbersome task of moving old, archived, and historical client or matter based e-mails, folder structures and/or their contents can now be imported directly into the document management system easily and at a reasonable price.

SendSite 2.0 also adds a luggage tag to the outbound e-mail making it possible for the e-mail reply to be saved in the same location within iManage, with a single click.  Additional functionality includes bulk e-mail imports into iManage, and single-click-save to iManage from within an e-mail.  The two products taken together provide firm administrators and users alike with the ability to move historical e-mail and ongoing e-mail correspondence into iManage easily, thus vastly improving firm document management and retention policy adherence.
