Aug. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- David Edgar Love and Marc Bernard, (Narconon Director) do agree on one issue which has turned into a very contentious matter, ".....The truth will come out in the End....."

It has been a long, grueling nine months of meetings with government agencies and submitting several hundred pages of supporting documents to finally reach the moment of truth. The letter arrived on July 29, 2010 at 1:00pm which stated, Quote: "I completed my investigation into your case and I have enough evidence to move your complaint to the CRT." This was a long awaited decision from the Normes du Travail, (Quebec Labour Relations Board), and a welcomed relief to many sleepless nights of not knowing for sure what the outcome would be for the countless hours of hard work.

Two cases are under investigation and moving forward for Psychological Harassment and Sexual Harassment. The Quebec Human Rights Commission is still investigating the Sexual Harassment allegations and the Labour Relations Board has completed their investigation and has enough evidence to bring the case to an official Hearing. The Human Rights Complaint should follow close behind.

As a staff member employed for six months, the harassment and threats were too much to cope with and leaving the Cult Compound was no easy task. Only with the help from somebody in England, Vancouver, and Montreal, was I able to leave, (Escape), without being detained and interrogated by Security and Ethics Officers. Threats of physical harm followed my escape and a diagnosis of "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" was documented while spending two days in hospital and ten days at a Crisis Center for therapy to help de-program me to a state of being able to cope and function.

Narconon Trois Rivieres has settled for wages owed. The employer finally agreed that paying only $2.50 per hour was not legal and they could not defend this illegal practice at a Hearing by the Labour Relations Board.

Once all the evidence is presented in a Labour Relations Board Hearing for the Psychological Harassment complaint and the pending guilty verdict against Narconon Trois Rivieres and their Representatives, it could have a rippling effect which could initiate further investigations and additional complaints from other ex-staff members.
