It's time we start waking up. Since when is losing 4 lbs of ugly body fat in just 7 days a 'bad' thing? As long as we're not starving people or making them so light-headed they're actually in danger of passing out, I'd say shoot for the stars when it comes to losing fat in an extreme way.

I, however, am all for giving overweight individuals a swift kick in the rear end and shaking some sense into them. If you really want to lose weight and become healthy, then stop talking and start doing. And you might as well hit it hard and make some extreme changes.
After all, nothing works better with continued fat loss than momentum. When clients see that scale's reading drop lower and lower, their desire to stick with the program increases significantly.
