July 29, 2010 - PRLog -- The Brow Lady USA (TBL), an award winning Scottsdale Day Spa has announced the launch of its first signature event ”The Brow Lady Happy Hour”.  TBL Happy Hour event will be hosted the 3rd Thursday of every month from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, starting on August 20th, 2010.   Happy Hour is a nigh where The Brow Lady offers discounted services for beauty upkeep & socializing before the weekend.  Special drinks and light appetizers will be served and no appointment necessary.  The first 20 guest will received a TBL Tote.
