BaristaWorks.com today announced the launch of its “Protecting the Cups™” campaign, and the introduction of its new insulated coffee cup sleeve bearing the familiar pink ribbon associated with breast cancer research.

July 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Germantown, TN - BaristaWorks.com today announced the launch of its “Protecting the Cups™” campaign, and the introduction of its new insulated coffee cup sleeve bearing the familiar pink ribbon associated with breast cancer research.

BaristaWorks.com will donate 1 penny for every sleeve sold to the Susan G. Komen For The Cure® fund in honor of retailers who purchase these sleeves. “Our goal is to sell one million sleeves between now and December 31, 2011” said Mike Allen, owner of BaristaWorks.com. “We also wanted to find a way to help the smaller, independent specialty coffee retailer show their support for this important cause in a way similar to how a larger organization might…. but without the large investment”, said Allen.

While October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, these sleeves will be available throughout the year until at least the end of 2011. Retailers may purchase these sleeves in as little as one case (1,200) sleeves at a time directly from BaristaWorks.com.
