As an authorized dealer, the PEXT warranty offers a 25,000-hour / 3-year industry-leading warranty which is the best in the business. And because the dealer cost for this warranty is incredibly small, PEXT is nearly all profit to the dealers. This warranty program provides added value, extra profit, enhanced marketplace identity and increased customer referrals.

Products covered under PEXT must be sold and installed only by an authorized Alphasonik retailer and must be sold at the time of the original purchase. Only one unit may be covered with one PEXT warranty. To assure satisfaction of the extended warranty and to process any exchange claim, dealers must complete and mail a PEXT Warranty Registration Card for your customer. We require a dated proof of purchase that lists the model and serial number, PEXT confirmation and installation of the covered product.
