Tecnicil Imobiliaria To Appoint Agents for Scandinavian Countries

July 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Iain Tozer, Commercial Director for Tecnicil Imobiliaria, the developers behind the award winning Vila Verde Resort Santa Maria, on Sal Island, in the Cape Verde Islands, has announced the company's intention to appoint agents to represent the company's products in the northern European market.

"There has been a sharp increase in German and Scandinavian interest in our resort, with some clients flying out and buying directly from us." Mr. Tozer explained. "However, these markets are not areas that we are familiar with so we are interested in forging an alliance with professional agents who can increase our exposure to these markets. In this way the northern Europeans can also enjoy the relaxed, tropical lifestyle that we have in Cape Verde."

The main resort that is for sale at the moment is Vila Verde Santa Maria on the holiday island of Sal. The resort is a wonderful 1200 unit complex comprising villas, townhouses and apartments. There are also commercial spaces with room for more than 60 shops and restaurants.

Speaking from Praia, the headquarters of the Cape Verdean company, Mr. Tozer further added. "We are a company with great ambition to move into new markets and will soon launch new products. Who knows? We could tailor our new products to German or Swedish tastes this time!".
