McKesson Presents Precision HealthCare with Inaugural ICARE Award for Second Consecutive Year

July 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Precision HealthCare announces that its president, Vanessa Best was honored by McKesson as the 2010  Medisoft ICARE Award Winner. The Gala Awards Celebration was held in January 2010. For the second consecutive year, Best accepted the award for the company's positive impact in the local healthcare community.

McKesson , in addition to celebrating 176 years in business, emphasizes the importance of I Care. Mr. John Hammergren Chairman and CEO stated in a video after ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) last summer, "At McKesson, we are guided by a common set of values: Integrity, Customer-First, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. McKesson's Executive team presented the Inaugural  ICARE Medisoft Award to Vanessa Best of Precision HealthCare. "To hear the accolades echoed thru the gala event and receive recognition from hundreds of nationwide colleagues in attendance was an amazing experience. Firsthand information about  the lowest priced CCHIT (Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology) certified EMR (Electronic Medical Record) program was highlighted, Medisoft Clinical. It is offered by Precision HealthCare for practices looking to streamline their office and make it more efficient in a paperless fashion while staying with a nationally certified package. Precision is prepared to help practices "prove meaningful use" as guidelines continue to develop.
