CrossFit Stafford will be expanding its hours of operation on 2, August 2010.
"Interest in CrossFit continues to be really great in Stafford” managing partner John Beiswanger said. "We all felt the time was right to expand our hours". CrossFit Coach L.A. will be coaching the new WODs. Currently, all WODs are before and after work. John said "The new WODs are in the late morning which will enable us to be available for people who stay home and those people who train during their lunch break."

Beginning on August 28th anyone interested in joining CrossFit Stafford must complete a 4 hour RAMP-UP session covering CrossFit fundamentals before working out with them. The only exceptions will be those people already familiar with CrossFit who have a coach’s letter/email.
The RAMP-UP session is to ensure that new athletes have a good understanding of, and can complete, the CrossFit foundational movements in a safe and effective manner. Athletes will get instruction on CrossFit foundational movements, and General Physical Skills/terms associated with CrossFit. Coaches will talk through and demonstrate each movement and work with every individual to ensure correct form on all basic movements.
Future RAMP-UP sessions will be conducted monthly on the 4th Saturday of each month. There is a cost to cover the coach’s time, but athletes who continue with CrossFit Stafford will receive a 25% rebate on their 1st payment.
