Happiness spreads through friends and family like a virus according to research published in the British Medical Journal in December. Surprisingly perhaps, Happiness spreads three levels deep, meaning that whether you are Happy or not impacts the
Happiness of your friends’ friends’ friends. This according to research by Nicholas Christakis of Harvard and James Fowler of the University of California at San Diego.
In the study of indirect relationships, a person’s chance of being Happier increased by 15% for every Happy friend they have, 10% for every Happy friend of a friend, and even 6% for the Happy friends of the friends of friends. ruHap’
This has large implications as Happier people are more:

• Successful at work
Happier people also:
• Live longer
• Have more successful relationships
• Enjoy better mental health
Users can vote once a day whether they are Happy or not and add comments explaining why thus helping their friends be Happier, and their friends, and their friends too.
