During the course of my studies of the Bible and intense daily debating in some pretty good Christian debate forums such as Berean Spirit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BereanSpirit/ I honed my understanding from a very conservative church of Christ member to being just a Christian.

The Greek word Ekklesia or Ecclesia was the point where I came  to a better understanding.  You see; we get the English word Church from the Greek word Ekklesia, which really means assembly or congregation, or those belonging to the Lord.  It doesn't mean to go and build a Church building.

My latest podcast goes into the very Biblical subject of Hell not being a place of eternal torture, but rather a place of annihilation by a just God.  You need to put the ideas that you grew up with and were mentored with to the side and truly listen to this podcast to understand the true freedom that this really brings in Christ.  

The latest podcast is entitled "Thoughts on the punishment of the wicked", and I challenge you to give this serious thought.  It will bring you freedom and a closer relationship with God, as well as an introduction of the one on one relationship that God really wants to have with you.
