Diversified Real Estate Investor Group or “DIG” as it is affectionately known to its approximately 1,000 members, is a non-profit real estate investor education group based in Fort Washington, PA. DIG, which is now in its 32nd year, is one of the largest real estate investment education groups in the country and is an affiliate of National REIA, a non-profit Trade Association serving the Real Estate Investing Industry nationwide.

DIG holds their monthly meetings at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Fort Washington, PA on the last Thursday of every month. Meetings begin at 5:45pm for members, with guests (who may attend their first meeting free of charge) arriving at 6:30pm. The evening’s featured speaker (DIG hosts both national and local speakers) begins at 8pm and wraps up at about 9:30pm. Time is allotted before the featured speaker for networking (which is greatly encouraged) with other members and our business partner-vendors, and for our four topic-specific breakout groups.

Monthly membership is currently $150 per year for new sign-ups, and $125 per year for renewal. Membership includes not only the monthly meetings and trade show but a newsletter, large list of money-saving discounts and benefits with local and national vendors, and admission to DIG’s 20+ location/topic-specific “subgroups” in the regional area. In addition to all of this, DIG conducts various Real Estate 101 classes and rehab tours to further the education of not only those just beginning in real estate but veterans as well.
