ION Resources Announces Worldox GX2 Upgrade & Training services

ION Resources is committed to providing the legal community with excellent project management, project delivery, and end-user training services. Listening to their clients revealed an important need - and ION has responded.

"When discussing the GX2 upgrade and training options with our customers we learned that there was a high degree of interest in "retraining" users that may have attended the initial training classes, but could use a "refresher" on specific topics, and employees subsequently hired after the initial training," said Don Lee, Partner/Owner of ION Resources (www.ionresources.com). "Our new training offering is designed in a modular style, enabling upgrading customers to receive "refresher training" on specific topics, in addition to the new GX2 features.

Administrative Training and Worldox Help Desk

ION has also created the "Administrative and Document Manager Training Session" for  firms supporting their own Administrative and Document Manager functions in Worldox GX2, again supported by excellent training guides. In addition, ION now offers a Worldox Help Desk for firms preferring to "outsource" Administrative and Document Manager activities.
