VAO (Virtual Accounting Online) has announced the introduction of their virtual payroll services. VAO's payroll division has partnered with PrimePay, America's largest privately-held payroll processing service provider. To further increase their range of financial services, as of 7/20/2010, VAO has partnered with TimeClockOnline.
This combination has given them the ability to provide a state of the art payroll service that is not only convenient but also user friendly. TimeClockOnline is an online application that allows users to log in from any device with internet access, and "clock in/out" of work. Of course, the online application is fully equipped with security measures for verifying the individual is who they say they are. This is accomplished by implementing a photo time stamp or fingerprint verification at the time of clocking in or out.
VAO joined the virtual side of accounting/bookkeeping services within the past year but has operated out of a physical location for the past 22 years. VAO has distinguished itself from their competition by taking steps to acknowledge the numerous security flaws within the competition's internal controls and devised a simple method of transferring data but in a much more secure manner using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) which is at the same security level as online banking.
