Leading office design specialist Morgan Lovell has been placed in the top tier for secure credit ratings by business information source Dun and Bradstreet (D&B).
The office design and fit out company has achieved the D&B Rating of 1.
Only 15 per cent of businesses in the UK are in receipt of this rating, which reflects companies with the highest level of creditworthiness and the minimum risk of failure.
D&B provides a rating for all companies in the UK & Ireland. This rating is internationally recognised as an objective indicator of the risk of failure and the creditworthiness of companies.

Morgan Lovell has developed a free online guide to help those looking to create a new office fit out establish a contractor’s financial credentials.
The Financial Stability Checklist, by Paul Newton, Morgan Lovell’s financial director, gives 25 succinct checks, designed to help those responsible for procuring work get their project off to a strong start.
It pulls together some of the points to consider in one easy-to-access paper - offering a comprehensive overview, which helps point businesses in the right direction in the procurement process.
Paul said: “Moving or refurbishing an office can be challenging enough. To help make the project run smoothly, care also needs to be taken to ensure that the contractor will deliver - particularly in these uncertain times.
“Ultimately, the guide is designed to help make sure that the contractors selected are financially sound.”
