Valley Social Luxury Magazine to Host Real Housewives of New Jersey Party with Teresa Giudice

July 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Macungie, PA (Monday August 9, 2010) - Teresa Giudice and Valley Social Luxury Magazine present Teresa’s cookbook “Skinny Italian” at Gio Italian Grill. The night will be separated into two individual events. The first taking place from 4-6 p.m. is a Meet and Greet book signing and the latter scheduled from 6:30-9:30 p.m. is a Meet and Greet book signing in addition to a hors d’ oeuvres made up of her recipes. The guest of honor, Teresa Giudice, is a bona fide Jersey girl. Her parents emigrated from Italy and raised their family in Paterson, New Jersey. Here she met her husband, Joe, who is a successful businessman. Teresa has become a dedicated housewife by staunchly committing to raising her three wonderful daughters. Prior to devoting her time to running the household, she attended Berkeley College where she obtained a degree in Fashion Marketing and Management. Giudice worked in the fashion Mecca New York City as an associate buyer with Macys before starting a family. As of now she owns an online boutique, TGFabulicious, and recently released her first book, “Skinny Italian” in May 2010. The book is packed with recipes based from Salerno, Italy. “Skinny Italian” contains over 60 recipes aiming to promote healthy yet genuine Italian cooking. Teresa’s goal is to teach people how to eat with wellbeing in mind while not sacrificing taste.
