The menu will include three courses – cold appetizers (homemade mozzarella roulades, filet mignon “carpaccio”
The class will include a wine tasting with each course and all attendees will receive recipes booklets featuring each appetizer prepared. The cost is $45 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
