Digestion gets interrupted when we stand up while eating. Everything you eat after that point will not get assimilated properly and gets stored in the body as “ama” (digestive impurities).

We should avoid eating during the second Pitta cycle, 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., and allow the digestive fire to burn toxins in the body.    
Some invasive treatments are not as effective as people may hope. “Though liposuction can shape the body, it won't remove cellulite, and it may make the cellulite appear worse,” reports the Mayo Clinic. “Exercising to excess doesn’t get rid of cellulite because when we burn calories we use the fat from far below the skin, and not closer to the surface where cellulite resides,” says Bourgeois. “That’s why weight loss alone does not completely remove cellulite.”
