Stealth Energy issues announces Early Warning Report

July 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Mrs. Wei Chen of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada announces that she has recently acquired ownership of 9,850,000 common shares of Stealth Energy Inc. (the “Company” or "Stealth") and now holds a 14.85% interest in the Company.  Stealth currently has 66,308,002 shares outstanding. The purchases were made through the Canadian National Stock Exchange CNSX (www.cnsx.ca), where the common shares of the Company are listed under the symbol ‘SLH’. The common shares are also listed on the Frankfurt Exchange under symbol 'S16'. The common shares were acquired by Mrs. Chen for investment purposes and she may purchase additional shares in the future.
