Radio Disney’s N.b.t Winner Jasmine Sagginario To Perform At Educational Expo

July 20, 2010 - PRLog -- EdVantExpo, the first consumer expo designed to assist parents and educators in learning the latest trends, services, products and technologies in education and sports, today announced that 15 year old, Jasmine Sagginario will give a special performance on August 28 and August 29 at the Los Angeles Convention Center as part of the two day Expo.

A Nashville native, Sagginario is best known as the winner of Radio Disney’s “N.B.T. (Next Big Thing)” contest in 2009. After winning N.B.T. Jasmine opened twice in one week for pop sensation Justin Bieber. In 2009, she released her first single, “Make a Movie,” which was also featured on the soundtrack of the 2010 Disney Original Movie, “Starstruck”. Her latest single, "Boy Crazy" was released on "Radio Disney Jams 12" and is currently on the Radio Disney Top 30. Before she was featured on Radio Disney and Disney Channel through N.B.T., Sagginario was one of several acts featured on iShine LiveTour, which is a Christian media group dedicated to ministering to “Tweens” and their families.

Though very busy working on her music, Sagginario has remained a dedicated student since winning N.B.T. and both her mother and father play an integral role in educating her in her studies and her musical career. “This was a huge reason why Jasmine was our first choice to perform at EdVantExpo. Not only is she a talented singer, but she is also an inspiration to young kids that school comes first and with that education all your dreams can be accomplished as she has shown at a very young age.” said S. While enjoying the exhibit and sponsor booths, parents, students and educators will also enjoy a full day of entertainment on the main stage provided by Radio Disney AM 1110 Los Angeles. While Sagginario is off the stage, The Radio Disney Road Crew will provide main stage entertainment on Saturday, August 28 and Sunday, August 29 with tons of music, games, and prizes.

EdVantExpo tickets cost $10 and will include a free ($24 market value) ticket to a Los Angeles Galaxy game at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.
