New Hampshire Company Advances the RF Sealing Process to Benefit a Variety of Medical Products

RF sealing is frequently used when two or more pieces of plastic need to be joined together so they overlap.  Unlike heat sealing – RF sealing can be done much faster, and as Killer explains, “This drastically increases the production rate for RF sealing projects, which allows us to heat materials faster, come off the machine sooner, and allow us to do additional machining without having to wait.”

Janco has presented their innovation of radio frequency sealing at a variety of national trade shows on a number of occasions.  They will again showcase their combination of industry experience and thermoforming expertise in expositions on May 12th and 13th as well as June 8th through June 10th.
