Heery Promotes Richard Magill in Los Angeles

July 19, 2010 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES/VENTURA— Heery International, a leading design and construction management firm, has promoted Richard Magill to associate.  He retains the title of project manager.  A 30-year industry veteran, Magill is currently responsible for several Ventura County Community College District (VCCCD) projects located on the Ventura College campus, which are part of the district’s $356.3 million bond construction program.  Magill's involvement includes general contracting, estimating and construction management.  A 1995 graduate of California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo, he holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
