July 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Making payments to your bankruptcy in very important. Wether it is a payment with the trustee or a chapter 7 pay off, or even the bgining filings of a chapter 13. Keeping up with the payment is essential for numer of reasons, being that in a chapter 7 bankruptcy the absence of payment may cause the delay of the case, or even for the case to be closed…and if a case gets closed then all money applied towards it is non-refundable. So to start/refile again is with more money and all the work and stress previously gone into the gathering may start again. Finding all the information again can be tricky for clients. As far as the trustee’s paymetn plan being missed…let’s just say if missed it can make fees add up fast to get it reestablished, or even to start all over again…and let’s face it no on want all the money/payments that they are working so hard for it to be at zero again, right?

Her life was good, Had a good job, the house over half paid for, Money in the bank, Her 401-plan was growing, and the thought of retiring at 65 was close to coming true with ten years to go.
She got the call one day, her son which is married with a 7 year old was sick. He was between jobs so no health insurance was in force. At first they thought it was just some kind of infection, but the numbing was working its way up his legs. His wife was trying to work and keep up house, but just could not do it.
So Mom was helping paying the rent and other things, medical services were taking care of most of medical but not all so the credit cards started being used to pay the expenses of their home.
Mom has now borrowed on her 401 and paying it back which she receives less money on check than before. I was glad that at least she did not borrow money on home, if she had she might be needing to surrender the home.
The daughter in law and her grad baby are living with her the son is still in and out of hospital. They still do not what is really wrong with him.
She is going to be filing a chapter 7 to take care of the credit cards. and Continue to pray for the son to return to good health.
