July 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Nuqul Group recently announced a $50 million expansion plan in its hygienic paper factories in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt in addition to establishing a factory in Morocco. This new direction will be financed by 50% from the Group’s self resources and the rest will be through bank loans.
The Group’s Vice Chairman Ghassan Nuqul said that this expansion will be coupled by strategic partnerships with local and foreign companies in various fields. Since the separation of ownership from management and guided by corporate governance systems, the Group has been able to formulate effective plans and the vision will continue to grow to remain competitive in the market.
Nuqul Group is also implementing its community development project in Jordan through the adoption of Al Koura District in the North and is also involved in scholarships through the philanthropic arm of Nuqul’s family “Elia Nuqul Foundation”.
Mr. Nuqul added that the Group, which consists of 31 companies and have access to 45 markets globally, succeeded to score historical financial results in 2009 despite the global financial crisis.
