Norried Team Return to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Palm Desert

July 14, 2010 - PRLog -- PALM DESERT, Calif.— Husband-and-wife real estate team Warren and Cindy Norried, have returned to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Palm Desert after moving to Texas Hill Country two years ago. Warren and Cindy Norried have been California residents for over 50 years.

“The Desert is our home,” said Cindy Warren, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Palm Desert. “We’re happy to be back and thrilled to be working with Coldwell Banker again. Warren and Cindy have been working together for over 16 years. They first met at the Association of California Water Agency where they worked together on passing legislation to help improved the quality of California drinking water. They married soon after meeting and now have two successful boys. One works as a nurse in Riverside at Riverside Community Hospital. The other lives close by in the Desert area.

The couple enjoy being active in their community and with their local church. Cindy is an avid sailor, having raced Sabots and Hobbie Cats for over 30 years. She also enjoys kayaking with her friends. Cindy is a Kappa Delta member and has served as an advisor at California State University, San Bernardino and also holds a masters degree in business.

Warren enjoys sailing as well and has been taking lesson in Newport Beach. He’s been a licensed real estate agent since the 1980s. Cindy joined Warren in 2005 after she got her license.
